Your name, phone number and email address, plus what you tell us about your property or your buying criteria in our forms. If you fill in the first step of a form and leave, we keep what you entered so we can follow up on your enquiry.

We also record how visitors move through the site (pages viewed, stops reached in the walk-through, markers and buttons tapped, form steps completed) together with the advert or website that brought you here. This is kept for your visit only and does not use cookies or store anything on your device.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, make you an offer or send you matching property deals, and to understand which parts of the site and which adverts help people. Our lawful basis for contacting you is your consent, which you give when you submit a form. Our basis for visit statistics is our legitimate interest in improving the site.
